Delivery Times Orders not eligible for free shipping placed before 2:30 ET (Eastern Time) are shipped with in 48 hours. If we are unable to ship your order within 2 business days, you will be contacted by phone or e-mail.
Please consider processing time when determining the estimated delivery of your order.

UPS

All UPS delivery options have complete tracking information. All are guaranteed with the exception of UPS Ground. Please consider additional time occasionally required by the UPS holiday shipping schedule.

Any APO orders, will be shipped by USPS.

WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER COSTS OF DUTIES AND FEES THAT YOU MAY BE REQUIRED TO PAY OR THE TIME YOUR ORDER MAY BE HELD IN CUSTOMS BEFORE DELIVERY.


Please ensure that your ship-to address is the address on file with your credit card company as we do not ship international orders where the ship to and bill to addresses are different.

Free Shipping Orders within the continental United States over $2000* will ship free typically via UPS Ground with a 5-9 business days delivery. You should receive an e-mail at the time of the shipment with information on how your package is being shipped along with a tracking number.
* Free shipping is not available to Hawaii, Alaska and for international orders.

Back-Order and Pre-Order Shipping
Orders placed online containing items listed as back-ordered or pre-ordered will not be shipped until the order is complete. You should receive an e-mail at the time of the shipment with information on how your package is being shipped along with a tracking number. If you prefer the available items to be shipped ahead of schedule, there will be an additional shipping charge for the second shipment.

Refunds for Shipping

Sorry, but we cannot refund any shipping charges unless the problem originated here. This means that if you return or refuse any package then you will be credited for the items in your order (as long as it within our return guidelines) but NOT for your shipping charges. The reason is simple, UPS charge us to ship your package and do not provide refunds to us on returns or refusals. If they did, we would gladly do so as well.
